Atrium for setting up

1.     These bake boxes touch on secure of electricity. Installation is required strictly. Please ask qualified electrician to install it. Without a safety device inside, please setup a proprietary power switch. Selected conducting wire, safety device and electricity leakage protection device should be matched with this bake box. Ensure the safety of using electricity.2.     The place of the installation should have a good circulation of air, without corrodent gas or objects; temperature from 5°C-40°C;Comparative temperature no more than 85%; height above sea level no more than 1500 meters.3.     Keep a 20cm distance from the back of bake box to the wall; more than 30cm for two ends. Keep it far away from the explosive.4.     This bake box belongs to X connection, I (0I) type of instructed, normal type of waterproof.

Attention

1.     Exchange of power wire should be the same type. Yellow and green wire leaded out from the power must connect with the ground line. This bake box is normal type of waterproof .It is forbid to rinse it with water.2.     To prolong the usage of this bake box, avoid operating too long when the temperature is very high in the process of baking. Shorten the time of opening the door of bake box to reduce losing of heat. Take the door easy and gentle avoiding deformation.3.     Temperature controller measures temperature by the induction heat top. Be very careful in the everyday operation or cleaning. Never strike or shake it.4.     In order to make the baking food heated averagely. We suggest you use the active baking frame as many as possible. Method of operating &maintenance

Get bake box ready by following the instruction; turn it on for an operating test. Turn on the upper and down temperature controllers, then the indicators are brightened; turn the switch to 150°C.(please don’t adjust the temperature too high in the operating test )When the temperature reach 150°C,temperature controller will trip operation; Indicators will be put out; means the function normally. Then adjust the temperature to 300°C for a test. If the controllers trip operation when temperature reaches 300°C;Means the bake box could be put into operation formally.
